QWhat is Al Madinah Online School?
Al Madinah Online School is an official Cambridge International School offering a full-time online education from Year 7 up to GCSEs. We provide academic excellence alongside Islamic Studies and Tarbiyyah. We also support families who choose home education, giving them access to a structured Cambridge curriculum with qualified teachers.
QWhich curriculum do you follow?
We follow the Cambridge International Curriculum, a globally recognised programme that prepares students for IGCSEs and beyond.
QWhat subjects do you offer?
We currently offer 7 IGCSE subjects: English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Arabic. Alongside these, all students also study Islamic Studies to strengthen their faith and character.
QWhat are the school timings?
Classes run Monday to Thursday, 8:45am – 3:10pm, and Friday, 8:45am – 12:25pm (UK time).
QHow are lessons delivered?
Lessons are delivered live online through Microsoft Teams. Alongside this, we use a third-party interactive tool that gives teachers real-time responses on how well each child is learning. This keeps lessons engaging and ensures no child is left behind.
QWho teaches the classes?
All of our teachers are UK-based, QTS registered, and PGCE qualified, with strong subject knowledge and experience in delivering the Cambridge curriculum.
QHow do assessments work in an online school?
Students complete regular classwork, assignments, and tests online. We also provide access to Seneca, an AI-powered learning platform, where every student has their own login to practise, revise, and track progress. Parents receive progress reports, and students are prepared for Cambridge examinations at registered exam centres.
QWhat are the school fees?
Our fees are £225 per month, making high-quality Cambridge education accessible at an affordable price.
